Swynnerton Estates are delighted to announce the opening of the newly refurbished Fitzherbert Farm House which received its first customers last week. This old B&B was heavily dilapidated and so we undertook a comprehensive schedule of works to bring this listed building back to life. We could not think of anyone better to take it on than Cheshire Cat who will operate it in conjunction with The Fitz pub which itself has just won the best pub in Staffordshire award for the third consecutive year!
With thanks to Concorde BWG (Concorde BGW group) who were the main contractor for the project. Despite not being the easiest of buildings, they delivered the project on budget and in a extremely efficient time scale.
